BURNING INSTRUCTIONS: To ensure that you get the most out of your Concerning Life Candle, we recommend following these burning instructions. For best results, keep the wick trimmed to 1/4" before each use. This will help to prevent the flame from becoming too large and causing the candle to burn too quickly. When lighting the candle, allow it to burn for at least 1 hour each time you use it. This will help to ensure that the wax melts evenly and prevents tunneling. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Keep the candle free from any foreign matter that can burn, such as matches or wick trimmings. Always place the candle on a protected, fire-resistant surface to prevent any accidental fires. Do not place the lid on the container while the candle is burning. This can cause the candle to overheat and become a fire hazard. Lastly, discontinue use of the candle when only 1/2" of wax remains in the tin.
